Kransekake - Traditional Norwegian Wreath Cake

Prepare for Norway's Constitution Day with these traditional sweets! Learn the recipe and techniques for making the traditional wreath cake. Participants will bring home a container of kransekake fingers to enjoy. The venue is our hostesses own home in Gamle Stavanger and Gaye will tell us about the history of her house and the area. We will also have a light lunch, 'lapper' (Norwegian pancakes) and beverages.
